Welcome, and thank you for visiting my site. I am a photographer living in Veneta Oregon with my amazing wife and our very social and energetic Labradoodle, Beau. Now that I am retired from teaching I can devote more time to my passion of photography. As you look through my pictures you will notice a larger volume of nature pictures. Yup! You can absolutely tell that I love to go out and capture the light. And it’s because I see all the wonder and beauty surrounding me everyday that I need to capture the moments with my camera. Beauty is all around us. It can be seen in the little things, like the expression on a child’s face, the pride in their parents eyes, or the grand vistas of Oregon’s mountain ranges. The love that a family shows when they are together is a beautiful thing and I love to capture that as well.
My hope is that you will enjoy looking through this collection of images as much as I have enjoyed capturing them. You and your family are unique and should be celebrated. Why not through photography? Capturing your essence in photographs is an expression of art. My style is informal and fun. We don’t say cheese and it doesn’t matter if you’re looking at the camera. I want to capture the real you and the love your family has for each other. I have been, most recently, a kindergarten classroom teacher and I really do like the energy that children bring.
